Yeah i would definitely remove the 2 Arque Delacerna, and max out both Corile and Surfer. I would also cut 1 Lost Soul and run an extra Clamp. I also would always max out on Lancer and drop Paladin, though this obviously depends on the meta you play in. If you run into very defensive decks a lot, then Paladin would work. I just still think that playing a Lancer and just ignoring those puny little blockers would be better. But again it depends on your meta.
Otherwise the deck looks great!

@ Lord thanks for your input. Hydrohurricane is a popular choice in the meta in Singapore. That's why I run the 2 paladins. I feel that the delacernas are good against other decks as it defends  you from clamps.

The Energy Streams and raw draw power in general is a good defense in itself against Clamp. Delacerna will become dead weight against decks that don't run discard - usually I see Delacerna only in decks that are aggressive or don't have water(Energy Stream being unusable). If you're about to be hit by a Clamp early getting those 2 Delaernas in hand might be entirely up to luck. But if your local play seems to have a lot of discard decks then I suppose it would make sense to have them.

@Promised yeah Delacerna is great it gets discarded. But it seems really unfortunate if you are in a top-decking situation against your opponent, and you draw Delacerna. That would be a completely dead draw, considering you dont have nature mana to play it normally. I notice that you have splashed Delacernas in many of your decks, and that made me curious. Have you had a lot of success with it? I see a lot of Clamps in my own meta, so i could try it out, if you can tell me that it works more than 50% of the time.

Its a mindgame when it comes to delacerna. If you opponent knows you run delacerna he will be more cautious about clamping turn 4 or late game. If you run into a lot of clamps in your meta, I highly suggest you give it a try.
Another reason why I like delacerna, is that it gives you some compensation when your opponent plays lost soul against you.
But yeah, it's deadweight against decks that don't run discard, since emergency typhoon doesn't fit into this deck.

Yeah Clamp is always all over the place in my meta, especially because of all the Bombazar decks in my community. So every deck that rund dark is gonna have 2-3 Clamps.
